| About 66 million people in the United States spend three or more hours on the computer each day, leading to record high levels of eye strain. Dr. Lelonek has implemeted a new eye exam process using patented, FDA approved equipment that detrmines the patient eyewear prescription based on the distance the computer is from the patients eyes. With this device, Dr. Lelonek is able to know the exact correction needed to eliminate the underlying cause of the eye strain. Symptoms of eye strain include blurred vision, headache, loss of focus and neck or shoulder pain. |

| Dr. Lelonek is a TLC LASIK Vision Consultant. Dr. Lelonek has helped patients with their LASIK Vision correction procedure. LASIK safely corrects vision problems, such as myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. Dr. Lelonek carefully screens LASIK patients to be certain they are suitable for the procedure. LASIK takes less than 10 minutes and is performed on an out-patient basis with almost immediate improvement of vision. |

A New Dawn in Glaucoma Testing
|
Dr. Lelonek is dedicated to fighting the "silent thief of sight", glaucoma. Therefore, in an attempt to diagnose individuals with glaucoma as early as possible, Dr. Lelonek uses an automatic visual field plotting instrument. A new computer-controlled instrument electronically plots your visual field, resulting in highly accurate, permanent records. Any visual field problems will be detected. If the plots are normal, they provide an excellent baseline for evaluating changes revealed in subsequent tests. The test can be accomplished quickly and with valid results, regardless of age or general physical condition. This intrument is used in detecting early changes in some systemic bodily dysfunction or the growth of a brain tumor. Quite commonly, the first sign of something wrong is supplied by this instrument. |

This revolutionary modality captures and analyzes an image of virtually the entire retina, for the early detection and management of eye diseases. Nearly 250,000 Optomap exams have been conducted worldwide, diagnosing serious eye conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments and macular degeneration, that could have otherwise gone undetected.
The Optomap retinal exam takes a computer-generated image of the retina, which can be immediately evaluated by Dr. Lelonek. There is no pupil dilation, no eye drops, blurred vision or sensitivity to light. The Optomap retinal exam is a simple, quick and important way to maintain good eye health.
"The Optomap increases the quality of the retinal exam by allowing us to view almost the entire retina at the start of the exam, which can have important implications, not only for detecting eye disease, but also in detecting and managing other medical conditions such as diabetes", said Dr. Lelonek. "We recommend all of our patients have this exam, which has already detected medical and eye problems in some of our patients which could have gone otherwise undetected."
